In early 2001, as brother and sister we (German Benitez and Clara Benitez Robinson) began our career as “part-time” Real Estate agents with Coldwell Bankers of Weston. Initially, we were associates under the umbrella of a husband and wife team that were the office’s Top producing agents. During this period, our objective was to obtain experience from a professional pair of Real Estate agents in the area.

 

Fortune International Realty
Nine months later, we made a decision to become self-reliant even though we maintained a “part-time” philosophy. The two of us created a partnership and joined the Fortune International Realty team. With this decision, we made a dedicated effort to create a competitive differential based on our Professionalism and Customer Service. We received so many of Gods Blessings that Real Estate became our full time focus next to our God and our family. Currently, we are full service Professionals focusing on Real Estate, Re-sale and Pre-constructions throughout South Florida.
 

BR Trading Group
In June 2004, God again touched our hearts and we made a decision to create a new business to share Gods blessing with others. BR Trading Group was established to help those who were a step away from loosing their homes and going through financial difficulties without taking advantage of their situation. We have successfully and continue today to help many in need of our unique services and programs.

Since opening, BR Trading Group has expanded our offerings to include Vacation and Corporate Rentals throughout Florida. We currently have properties in Aventura, Orlando (near Universal Studios), Sunrise, Cape Coral/Ft. Myers, West Palm Beach and continuing to expand to other locations.

 

International Brokers Group
On January 2006, God promised us a new company, not in Florida, but in Colombia. With faith in God’s promise in March of 2006, International Brokers Group opened in Medellin, Colombia.  The office is managed and operated by our sister, Maria Mercedes Benitez.

Currently International Brokers Group has recently entered the next phase expanding operations into the European Market based in France . Our commitment with our clients is to provide them with the best experience whether purchasing their first home, second home or simply investing in the Real Estate market. With operations throughout Florida, Colombia and France focusing on the European market, we all have a common belief that "Real estate market does not have geographic boundaries”.
